HISTORY
It all started in 1873 as a traditional fraschetta, a warm and charming place where families and groups of friends brought food while the innkeeper served wine and drinks. Then it passed through all the evolutionary stages of the classic Roman trattoria, and in June 2008, thanks to the commitment and passion of a gourmet owner and the capable hands of chef, it became Crispi 19, a romantic restaurant that aims to be among the best in the center of Rome. Its cuisine is the result of the union of simple and genuine ingredients to a great Mediterranean tradition and the creative balance of Italian haute cuisine.

THE PLACE
Completely refurbished with the original old ceiling coffers in natural chestnut wood, Crispi 19 has three distinct rooms: at the entrance with a private lounge, then one with 22 seats and fine Carrara marble floors, and a third with 14 seats, with original grit flooring.
The environment is elegant and smooth, with fine wood finishes that recall the ceiling, lighting made of original Murano glass, walls painted with pastel colors and the delicate frescoes of Master Giuliano Ottaviani, that create an intimate and romantic atmosphere.
